Introduction of quality assurance processes for an energy provider's partner portal

Challenge:
Initially, no QA-test process was in place, resulting in dissatisfied end customers, as they were often confronted on the open web portal with unfinished products and processes.

Idea:
Establishment of a Business Readiness Test process in an agile development environment to increase product and process quality and to save costs for product replacement and customer service.

Objectives:
1. Regular structured testing of products from a user perspective before the production release to detect and rectify any errors in advance
2. Improved reputation due to higher quality

Solution:
Created an end-to-end test process, including validated test cases for the web shops of key partners in the automotive space across Europe.
