Description
We are always looking for SAP Consultants (m/f/d) to strengthen the Finance SAP teams of various clients.
In this role, you act as a key interface between business and IT, supporting the design, optimization, and operation of SAP-based financial processes within an insurance environment.
You work in a structured yet dynamic setting, taking ownership of SAP topics while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external service providers.

Requirements
Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
High service orientation with a strong sense of responsibility
Solid knowledge of SAP FS-CD or related modules (e.g., FI-CA)
Several years of professional experience in the SAP environment, ideally with S/4HANA
Understanding of ABAP and ITIL processes
Proficiency in German at least at a B2 level, and good English skills
University degree in computer science, business administration, or a comparable field
Responsibilities
Capture and structure customer requirements through targeted consulting, leveraging professional and SAP-technical expertise to translate these needs precisely for internal IT
Provide strategic advice to business units to optimize financial processes in SAP, thereby contributing to enhanced efficiency
Independently plan, manage, and execute IT projects within the SAP environment, including customization and programming/configuration of SAP systems
Design and implement financial processes in SAP, customize modules, and independently develop and adapt interfaces
Manage external service providers for development and customization tasks, ensuring the quality of deliverables
Oversee application management of the SAP system
