Description
We are looking for experienced Penetration Testers (m/f/d) to support security testing activities across multiple environments.
In this role, you will independently plan, execute, and document penetration tests, helping identify security vulnerabilities and contributing to the continuous improvement of system and application security.
The position is fully remote and suited for professionals with strong hands-on expertise in offensive security and secure system design.

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Proven professional experience as a Penetration Tester
Strong hands-on expertise in penetration testing of: Web applications; Networks
Deep understanding of how systems, networks, and applications must be securely designed to prevent vulnerabilities
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbal English skills
Certifications (Mandatory / Strongly Preferred)
One or more recognized penetration testing certifications, such as:
OSCP
OSEP
CRTO
CRTE
Responsibilities
Independently plan and execute penetration tests in the areas of: Web applications; Network infrastructures; Cloud environments
Conduct scoping meetings with stakeholders to define testing scope, assumptions, and objectives
Identify, exploit, and document security vulnerabilities using recognized penetration testing methodologies
Prepare structured and high-quality test reports using the provided report engine
Provide clear and actionable findings, including risk assessments and remediation recommendations
Apply secure design principles and attack-path thinking to assess real-world security risks
